No bank login. Ever.
Sprigly never asks for bank credentials and uses no aggregator. You enter what you spend — which is also what makes you notice it.
Why that matters →Sprigly is a privacy-first envelope budgeting app for Android. You enter transactions yourself, give every dollar a job, and your budget lives on your phone — no bank login, no account. The open beta is free on Google Play.
Most budgeting apps start by asking for the password to your bank. I was never comfortable with that, and I don’t think you should have to be. The alternative is older than any app: decide where your money goes before you spend it, keep each purpose in its own envelope, and look at what’s left.
Sprigly is that method, built for a phone and kept deliberately calm. Entering a transaction takes seconds. Nothing shames you for going over. Nothing tries to sell you a credit card. When you go over in one envelope, you move money from another — the same thing you’d do with cash.
Sprigly never asks for bank credentials and uses no aggregator. You enter what you spend — which is also what makes you notice it.
Why that matters →It is never sent to us. The beta has no account, no sign-in and no server holding your data.
Beta privacy policy →The app contains no analytics and no crash reporting. This website uses cookieless analytics hosted in the EU, and that is the whole of it.
What the website records →The beta is free. The full release will be paid, and the price will be announced — with plenty of notice — before the beta ends. No dark patterns, no surprise conversions.
Pricing questions →The open beta is live and free on Android. iPhone comes later; you can leave your email to hear when it does. What shipped when is on the changelog.
